We are set up on Nainital Road in the Bandia area. It’s very close to the railway station, so you can always hear the trains coming and going throughout the day. That sound has just become part of our daily life here. Being near the station means we see a lot of people passing through, not just locals from around Bandia. Our shop handles basic healthcare needs. It’s a small space, and we keep it pretty organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk. We started this place because we saw a need for a reliable spot near the tracks. It isn’t a fancy hospital or anything like that. It’s just a place where you can get your health questions looked at or find the supplies you need. We stay open pretty late sometimes because of the train schedules. Sometimes people come in right off a long journey looking a bit tired. We try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. The street outside is always dusty and loud, but inside it’s a bit calmer. We’ve been here long enough that we know the station staff and the regulars who commute every day. It’s just us doing our bit. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. We just keep the shelves stocked and the door unlocked for whoever needs us.
