Sharma Paint Store

Our store is right at the Village Madan Pur Mode. If you know where the Jahar Peer Baba Mandir is, then you’ve basically found us because we’re very close to the temple. Sharma Paint Store is a local spot near the Khurja Junction Post Office area. We spend most of our time surrounded by cans of paint and mixing colors for whoever comes in. It gets pretty busy on the main road, especially with the temple being a landmark that everyone knows. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the people passing by. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a lot of shelves and a counter where we talk to customers. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the supplies, but that’s the nature of a paint shop. We open up early and usually stay until the sun starts to go down. The traffic on the main road can be loud, but you get used to it after a while. It’s a good location for us because people stop by on their way to the post office. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. We just try to have what people need when they’re working on their houses or fixing things up. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We like being near the Mandir and the post office because it feels like the heart of the village.
