Our place is out in Village Danwar, right near the railway station. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where we’ve always been. L K Dairy & Milk Products is a busy spot, especially in the early hours of the morning when things are moving. Being near the Link Road in Tehsil Bulandshahr makes it easy for the trucks to get in and out, which is pretty important for what we do. It’s not a quiet job. There’s always the sound of machinery or people talking over the noise. We deal with milk and all the things that come from it, so we have to keep a close eye on everything. The floor is usually wet from cleaning, and it smells like, well, a dairy. It’s hard work and the hours are long. We don’t have a fancy office with leather chairs. Most of our time is spent on our feet. The railway station being so close means we hear the trains go by all day long. It’s just a part of the background now. We know the local farmers and the people who come by for their daily supply. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the milk is good and the people are happy with what they get. It’s a simple goal for a busy village business that keeps us going year after year.
