Dadulghat Infrastructure Private Limited is run from Azad Road in Khunti. It’s a family-connected sort of place, located near where Paltu Mahto stays. Being out here in the Khunti-Ranchi area means we understand how things work in this part of Jharkhand. We do infrastructure work, which covers a lot of different things depending on what is needed at the time. Sometimes it's roads, sometimes it's other structures. It's not the kind of work you do if you want to stay clean. We are usually covered in dust or mud by the end of the day. The office on Azad Road is where the planning happens, but the real work is always outside. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just try to get the projects done so people can actually use them. There are always challenges, like getting the right labor or waiting for the rain to stop so we can pour concrete. We’ve been in this community for a while and we plan to stay. It’s a practical business. We use what we have and try to do the best with the budget provided.
