We started Bhagwan Birsa Infrastructure Private Limited to handle local building work. Our office isn't anything special, just a room at Manjeet Singh Pardesi’s place in Dugdugia village, which is part of Hutar in the Khunti area. We mostly focus on roads and basic construction that needs doing around here. It is a quiet village, so we don't have to deal with city traffic much. Most of our days are spent out on site rather than sitting in front of a computer. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team. Usually, people just hear about us from their neighbors or see our trucks moving through Khunti. The weather around here can be tough, especially during the rains when the mud makes everything harder to reach. We just do the work that comes our way and try to be honest about how long things take. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes we run out of supplies because the delivery truck got stuck somewhere.
