Roybabu Construction Private Limited

Roybabu Construction is based out of East Ramchandraghat, which is a village near Khowai. Sanjay Roy is the one who handles most of the day-to-day things here. If you’re looking for us, you’ll have to head towards North Ramchandra Ghat and find the local police station area. Our office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular building in the village. We do a lot of our thinking and planning right there on the porch or in the front room. Life in the village moves at its own pace, and we try to match that while still getting our construction jobs done on time. Most of the people we work for are our neighbors or people from nearby towns. We know the soil and the weather around Khowai pretty well by now. It helps when you’re trying to build something that actually lasts. We don't have a website or a marketing team. Most of our work comes because someone saw a house we built and liked it. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy enough throughout the year. Sometimes the electricity goes out during a storm, but we just wait it out and get back to work the next morning. Sanjay is usually around if anyone has a question. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon. We just talk about bricks, mortar, and timelines. It's a straightforward way to live and work in this part of Tripura.
