Wec Minds Skill Foundation

Wec Minds Skill Foundation is based at Plot No. 1042 in Laxmi Sagar, right here in Bhubaneswar. We are right in the middle of things, which is great for people trying to find us. Our whole focus is on teaching skills. In a city like Bhubaneswar, there are jobs, but you really need to know what you’re doing to get them. We try to help people learn those practical things that matter. We aren't a big, polished institute. We are more like a workshop where people can come and learn. The space is often busy and a bit loud, but that’s how we like it because it means things are happening. We started this because we saw too many people looking for work without having the right training. It’s a lot of hands-on stuff. We don't spend all day looking at books. We want people to be able to go out and get a job as soon as they finish with us. Our staff is small, and we all wear many hats during the day. One day I might be doing the books, and the next I’m helping a student with a project or fixing a tool. It’s hard work, but seeing someone get their first paycheck makes it all feel worth it. We’re just a local spot in Laxmi Sagar trying to help our neighbors get ahead in life. We aren't fancy, but we are here every day, working hard to help folks learn something useful for their future.
