We have been running things from 159 B Maitri Vihar for some time now. It is a pretty active neighborhood and there is usually a lot of noise from the street, but we have gotten used to it. Most of our day is spent looking at building plans or going out to see how the guys are doing on the different sites. The office itself is not much to look at, just a few desks and a lot of paper stacks everywhere. We try to keep things moving along so the houses get finished, but sometimes things like the weather or a late delivery of sand can slow us down. We are just a small group of people who know how to put buildings together. It isn’t about being the biggest company in the city or anything like that. We just want to make sure the walls are sturdy and the work is done right. People walk in all the time to ask about when the next phase will be ready. We tell them what we know and don't try to sugarcoat the delays. Construction is a messy business, and we are right in the thick of it most days. Maitri Vihar is a good spot for us because we can get to most of our projects easily from here. We aren't doing any fancy advertising or paying for big signs. We just do the work and let the buildings speak for themselves. It takes a lot of effort to get things right.
