Vive La Vaidic Foundation

Vive La Vaidic Foundation is situated at 166 Gajapati Nagar. It’s a pretty easy address to remember. The building is a regular house that we’ve converted into our workspace. It feels more like a home than an office, which is fine by us. We have a few rooms where we keep our supplies and do our planning. There is a small garden out front that we try to keep watered, though the sun usually gets the better of it. Inside, it is mostly just us sitting at a couple of wooden tables. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If the doorbell rings, whoever is closest just goes to see who it is. Gajapati Nagar is a nice area, fairly quiet most of the time except when the school nearby lets out. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. The floors are a bit creaky in the hallway. We have a lot of books stacked up in the corners because we ran out of shelf space months ago. It’s not the most modern setup you’ll ever see, but it’s ours. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head home. It’s a simple way to run things without any unnecessary stress. Most of the furniture we use was donated or found at second-hand shops over the last few years of our operation.
