Vhanja Constructions is located in Ratanpur. Our office address is actually under the care of Laxman Bhanja at Plot No 37, Khata No 134. It’s a small, local operation. We don’t have a fancy glass building in the middle of a city. We work right here where we live. Most of the work we do is residential building and small local projects. We’ve been part of the Ratanpur community for a long time. People around here know our name and they know where to find us if they need something built. The office is pretty basic. It’s a place to keep the records and store some of the smaller tools. We aren't big on marketing or social media. We just focus on the project we have right now. Construction can be stressful, especially when materials don't arrive on time or when the workers are short-staffed. We just handle those things as they come up. We don’t have a big mission or a lot of polished goals. We just want to do good work so that we get asked to do the next job too. Our team is like a family, and we’ve been working together for years. If you come by Plot No 37, you’ll probably find someone drinking tea and looking over a site plan. That’s just the way we do things here. We stay busy and we try to keep things as straightforward as possible for everyone involved.
