You can find the Utkal Centre For Innovation & Incubation Foundation on the 1st floor of the CII Building. We are right inside the Utkal University Campus in Vani Vihar, Bhubaneswar. The pin code is 751004. Being on a campus means there are always students walking around and a bit of energy in the air. Our office isn't anything spectacular, just a functional space with some computers and a lot of notebooks. We spend a lot of time sitting around the big table in the middle of the room. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird humming noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. It’s a bit of a trek up to the first floor if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. We share the building with a few other offices so it can get a bit loud in the hallways during break times. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who show up every morning and stay until the work is finished. The university grounds are nice for a walk when we need to clear our heads. We chose this spot because it's central and easy for people to reach. It’s a plain office with white walls and not much decoration, but it serves its purpose. We keep the files organized as best as we can, though things usually get messy by Friday. We try to be helpful to anyone who wanders in looking for the right room.
