Urbanhome Builders Private Limited is based out of Bhubaneswar. We are at Plot No-610 in Behera Sahi, specifically in Flat No-103 of Metro Residency, Block B. Being in Khordha district keeps us right in the middle of things. It’s a decent area, though parking near Metro Residency can be a bit tight sometimes. We handle our building projects from this small office space. It isn't a huge corporate headquarters, just a regular flat where we keep our files and meet people. Most of the time, the team is out on-site, but this is our main base. Bhubaneswar is growing fast, and being in the 751012 area means we see the changes every day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our part with the houses we build. People around Behera Sahi usually know where the Metro Residency building is. It’s a familiar landmark for us. Working in construction means our boots are usually dirty, so the office doesn't always look perfect. That’s okay, though. We prefer it that way. If you come by, you’ll probably see some blueprints spread out on the table and someone on the phone talking about cement or bricks. It’s a busy little place but we like the energy. We’ve been here in Bhubaneswar for a bit now, just getting the work done. No fancy stuff, just bricks and mortar and lots of hard work every single day.
