URBANCITY PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED

Urbancity Properties is based out of Plot No. HIG-104 in the BDA Colony over in Pokhoriput. It’s a pretty standard office space. We have been here for a while now, handling all sorts of property matters. Most of our work involves checking out land or helping people with their housing paperwork. Pokhoriput is a good spot because we are close to many of the areas where the city is growing. We aren't a big corporate chain. It’s just a small group of us working out of this BDA Colony office. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with maps and documents spread out everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don’t spend a lot of time on fancy slogans. We just talk to people plainly about what they are looking for in a property. Some days we are out in the sun all afternoon looking at boundaries, and other days we are stuck here doing the boring legal stuff. It’s a mix of everything. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the local property market since we started. People come to us because they know we are local and we understand how things work in this part of town. We don't have a big sales pitch. We just show the plots and let the people decide for themselves. It’s an honest way to do business, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
