URBAN SATHI CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We started this business, Urban Sathi Constructions, a few years back. Our main office is located right at Plot No 2964 in Saptasati Vihar. It’s not a large place, just a simple office where we keep our files and meet up in the mornings before heading out. We do mostly local building work. You can usually find a couple of us here during the day handling the phone calls and talking to vendors. The neighborhood of Saptasati Vihar is pretty quiet, which is nice when we have to focus on project drawings. We don’t have a big marketing department or any of those polished brochures you see with the big firms. We just rely on people seeing our work around town and asking who did it. Construction is a lot of hard work and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, like when the rain starts unexpectedly. We just try to get the jobs done. Our team is small, mostly just local guys who know how to handle tools and materials. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to build houses and shops that stay standing for a long time. If you drop by Plot 2964, you might see some of our equipment parked out front. It’s just how we run things here. We prefer to keep it simple and just focus on the daily tasks at hand without any extra fuss.
