Trieplus Construction is run from our spot at Plot B-1 in Ruchika Bazar. If you know Baramunda, you know it gets quite busy around the H.B. Colony area. Most days we are just here at the desk or out looking at some site work nearby in Khordha. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls to suppliers to make sure the cement and steel show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes they don’t, and that’s just how it goes in this business. We started this because we know the local area well and wanted to work for ourselves. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room with some chairs and a lot of maps pinned to the wall. Usually, there is a bit of noise from the market outside, but you get used to it after a few months. Bhubaneswar is growing so fast, and every time you turn a corner, there is a new wall going up or a road being fixed. We spend most of our time traveling between the bazaar and different plots. It’s hard work, especially when the sun is really beating down in the afternoon. We mostly deal with small-scale building stuff around Orissa. We try to keep things simple and just get the job done without too much fuss. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes there are delays with the weather or labor, but we stay busy enough.
