Transformational Biotics Private Limited is based at Plot No-824/1830 in Sampur. We are near the Ghatikia and Khandagiri areas of Bhubaneswar. It’s an interesting spot because you have the old history of the caves nearby but we are doing modern work with biotics. We don’t have a massive facility. It’s a modest building where we do our research and handle our business. 751003 is the location for our office in Khordha. We spend a lot of time looking at samples and writing down data. It’s not the kind of work everyone understands right away, but we like it. We aren't trying to sound like a big global corporation. We are just a local Orissa company trying to figure things out. Sometimes the lab equipment is temperamental and we have to spend hours fixing a small problem. That’s just how it goes. The team is small, and we all do a bit of everything, from cleaning the floors to checking the results of our work. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just show up at the plot in Sampur and do what needs doing. It’s quiet work mostly, but it keeps us on our toes. We are happy being right here in Ghatikia where we can just focus on the science and the daily tasks without too many distractions. There is always something new to learn when you are dealing with things that are constantly changing.
