Temple City Manor Private Limited

Our little office is over at Plot No- 6/177 in Jayadev Vihar. Most people know the IRC Village area, which is a well-known part of Nayapalli here in Bhubaneswar. Temple City Manor is just a small operation. Property management is our main focus. The office is on a street that gets quiet in the afternoons, which is nice when we have a lot of typing to do. Some old wooden furniture that has seen better days fills the room, but it is comfortable enough. Through a small window, we often see the same people walking their dogs or heading to work. We are not a corporate giant. Just a few people work here who know the local real estate scene in Khordha pretty well. Fancy mission statements aren't something we do. We just come in, answer the emails, and go out to look at the manors and houses under our care. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to sit and wait, but that gives us a chance to actually talk to each other. It is a simple life. Helping someone look for a place to stay or offering advice on property is what we do. We’ve been in the 751012 area for a good while now and plan to stay. There is always something to keep us busy, from leaky roofs to new lease agreements.
