We are based over at Plot No-573/2322 in Mahaveer Nagar, which is quite near the Shree Lingaraj police station. It is a decent area to work in, and being near the station usually means it is a pretty quiet and orderly street around our office. We do real estate and construction work, mostly focusing on the residential stuff that people need. There is no big marketing team or fancy sales office here, just us and a few guys who handle the actual site work. We spend a great deal of our time driving between Mahaveer Nagar and the various projects we have going on at the moment. The office is where we keep all the physical records and meet with people who are looking for a new place to live. It is a bit of a juggle sometimes, trying to keep the contractors happy and making sure all the materials arrive exactly when they are supposed to. Sometimes we get a bit behind schedule because of the weather or some other thing that is totally out of our control, but we always get there in the end. We do not go in for any of that fancy talk about special living or anything like that. We just build solid rooms and make sure that the plumbing works properly. It is a very practical business, and we try to treat it that way. Being in Bhubaneswar, you see a lot of growth, and we are happy to have a part in it.
