Swain Builders Private Limited is located right near the SBI ATM in Rasulgarh. If you know the GGP Colony area, we are at Plot No- 423/1065. It's a handy spot because everyone knows the ATM nearby so it's easy to tell people where we are. Being in Bhubaneswar, specifically in the 751025 area, means we are right in the middle of a lot of growth. We spend a lot of time dealing with the usual construction headaches like late deliveries or rain stopping the work. The office here in the colony is where we handle the day-to-day stuff. It gets a bit crowded when the site supervisors come in to report. Rasulgarh traffic can be a nightmare sometimes so we try to plan our site visits around the rush hours. We aren't doing anything flashy, just the basic building work that needs to get done in Khordha. It's a lot of physical labor and coordinating with different people. Sometimes things go smoothly and other times we are scratching our heads over a problem. That’s construction for you. GGP Colony is a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to the main road, which we appreciate. We’ve been operating from this plot for a bit and it feels like home now. Just a local bunch of builders trying to keep busy with whatever projects come our way. The tea at the corner shop nearby is pretty good too.
