Swadesi Reality Private Limited is based out of HIG-171, K-5 in Kalinga Vihar, Bhubaneswar. It’s a nice area that’s been seeing a lot of new construction lately. We focus on reality and land projects in this part of town. Our office is set up in a regular house, so it feels very local and approachable. We don't have any big corporate signs or a fancy lobby. Instead, we have desks covered in site plans and folders full of property records. Most of our work happens outside under the sun. We spend a lot of time visiting plots and talking to contractors about how things are going. It gets quite hot in Orissa, so we try to do the heavy site visits early in the morning before it gets too bad. We are a small team and we like it that way. We don't use any fancy mission statements or marketing gimmicks. We just work on the land and help people with their property needs. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we’d like, or the weather stops us from working, but we just keep pushing through. People in Kalinga Vihar know us because they see us out on the sites every day. If you want to talk about property, you just come by the house. We’ll sit down and go over things in a simple way. It’s just a normal business run by local people.
