Sva Ayama Infraprojects Private Limited

Our office for Sva Ayama Infraprojects Private Limited is in Flat-103 of the Urban Residency building. The plot number is 168/3196, and we are right here in Bhubaneswar, Khordha. It’s a flat that we turned into a workspace, so it has a bit of a homey feel to it. There’s a small kitchen where we make coffee and a living area where we keep the main desks. Being in an apartment building means it stays fairly quiet, which is nice when we have to focus on project details. Bhubaneswar is getting bigger every day, and we see new buildings going up all around us. We are just one small part of that growth. The team is quite small, just a few people who have been working together for some years. We don’t have a receptionist or a big lobby. If you knock, someone will just come to the door. We spend a lot of time on the computer looking at designs or calling suppliers. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We aren't into big marketing plans or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our projects around Orissa. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. It’s a steady pace and we don’t try to rush things.
