Sunrealcon Private Limited is tucked away at Plot-803/3578 in Nayapalli. If you know the Nayapalli area in Bhubaneswar, you know it is a mix of houses and small businesses all jumbled together. Our office is right in the middle of that Khurda district bustle. It is just a regular building where we handle the real estate and construction side of things. The walls are covered with some old project photos and a calendar that’s usually marked up with deadlines. We don’t really go for the high-end look because we’d rather spend the time actually working on the plots we manage. The street outside can get a bit tight for parking, especially during the rainy season when the puddles get deep. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting around a couple of desks talking about land prices or material costs. It isn’t always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is when a client calls. Nayapalli is a good base for us because we can get to most parts of the city quickly. We spend half the day out on sites anyway, so the office is mostly for the paperwork that no one likes doing. It’s a local business through and through, run by people who live right here in the city and understand how the local market actually works without needing a fancy manual to explain it to us.
