Subha Labha Contech Private Limited

We are located over at Dream Villa in the Padasahi area of Barang. The office spans across a few plots, specifically 393(P), 397, and 396. It’s a bit outside the main rush of Bhubaneswar, near Kendupatna. Subha Labha Contech Private Limited is our company. The area is a bit quieter here, which is nice for getting work done. We handle a variety of construction and technical tasks. The office is basically just a place where we keep our tools and papers. There is a lot of green around us, which makes it feel a bit less like a city office. We start early most mornings before the sun gets too hot. Dealing with Khata No-509 and all the local regulations takes up a good chunk of our time. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just talk to the people we work with and make sure they have what they need. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait to send off our reports. That’s just part of being here. Our team is made up of guys who have seen a lot of different building sites. We know the local soil and the local weather. We just try to stay organized and finish our tasks without too much fuss. It’s a practical way to run a business in Orissa. We aren't looking for fame, just to do the job we were hired for and move on to the next one.
