Srusti Academy Development Foundation

We are based over at Plot No- 38/1 in the Chandaka Industrial Estate, right near the KIIT area in Bhubaneswar. Srusti Academy Development Foundation is mostly about helping people learn skills they can actually use for real work. It's an industrial area, so we see the need for practical training every single day. We aren't a big university or anything fancy like that. We just have a small space where we try to get things done for the local youth. Some days it is quite busy with people coming in to ask about classes or new training programs. We started this because we noticed a lot of young folks didn't have the right experience for the jobs nearby. It's a bit of a trek to get out here sometimes, but we like being where the factories and businesses are. The office is simple. We have some basic tables and chairs and a lot of papers scattered around. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes it gets a bit messy when we have a lot of students coming through. Living and working in Orissa, you see how much potential there is if people just get a little help starting out. We don't promise anyone a miracle or a high-paying job. We just offer a place to learn and improve. It’s hard work, and we are just regular staff trying to keep the lights on and the programs running. If you're in the Khordha area, you've probably passed our building without even realizing it. We've been here for a while now, just doing our bit.
