It’s a lot of long hours and dealing with various suppliers. We don't have a fancy reception area with coffee machines; we just have desks and maps of our sites. People in Palasuni know us as the local builders. We focus on just getting the job done without much fuss. Sometimes the roads around Rasulgarh get backed up, so we’ve learned to start our days early. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. It’s more of a family feel than a corporate one. We’ve been at this for a while and plan to stay in the 751010 area for much longer. It’s good work and it keeps us busy through the seasons.
