Smartlance Foundation

Smartlance Foundation is located at Plot No- Eb-77 in the Badagada Brit Colony area of Bhubaneswar. It’s a residential sort of spot, so it feels quite local. We’ve been based here in Khordha for some time now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular building in the colony. We do our work from here every day. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we know the community well. The streets around Badagada can be a bit narrow, but it’s a nice place to be. We don't have a big marketing budget or a bunch of slogans. We just focus on the tasks we have on our desks. Sometimes we have a lot going on, and other times it is a bit slower. We handle things as they come. It’s a straightforward setup. We have a few computers and some files, nothing too high-tech. The neighbors are friendly, and we see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market every morning. It’s a good environment for us. We aren't trying to change the world overnight, just trying to keep things running smoothly here in Orissa. If you ever find yourself in Brit Colony, you’ll probably pass by our door. We’re just regular folks doing regular work. That’s the long and short of it for us at Smartlance. We stay busy enough and that is just fine by us.
