Smartech Realcon Private Limited

Our office for Smartech Realcon is right at Plot No 1043 in Laxmisagar. If you know Bhubaneswar, you know Laxmisagar is always crowded and there is a lot of dust because of all the construction going on lately. We spend a lot of time here looking at blueprints and talking to contractors who come in with muddy boots. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it keeps the rain off our heads during the monsoon. Inside, we have a few desks and a lot of old folders piled up in the corners. We try to keep things organized, but when three people walk in at once asking about property prices, it gets a bit chaotic. I usually make tea for everyone around four in the afternoon because that’s when the energy starts to dip. We don't spend much money on decorations or fancy chairs. Most of our work happens out on the dusty plots where we actually build things. We handle the paperwork, the permits, and all the small details that people usually forget about until the last minute. It’s hard work and the phone doesn't stop ringing most mornings. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the local streets and the people living around here pretty well. It's just a small group of us trying to do a decent job every day without making too much of a fuss about it. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as it comes.
