We have been around Plot No 2124 for a while now. Most people around Raghunathpur know where the office is located. It is right in the Patia area. We handle a lot of things related to SJD-Presidency Homes LLP from this spot. It is not a massive corporate office or anything like that. It is just a regular place where we get our work done every single day. Sometimes it gets a bit busy with people coming in and out to talk about projects. The Khata 15 area is where we usually spend most of our time. We started this because we wanted to do something here in this part of town. It is a very simple setup. We do not have fancy lobbies or polished reception desks. If you walk past the plot, you will probably see us. We focus on what needs to be done with the homes and the paperwork. Most of us live nearby too. It makes it a lot easier to get to work on time. Raghunathpur has changed quite a bit lately, but our spot stays the same. We just keep our heads down and work on the building projects. It is not about being the biggest name in the city. We just want to finish the jobs properly. Most days involve talking to contractors or checking on site details. We do not use big words. It is just SJD-Presidency Homes LLP trying to build stuff.
