SJ-SSBI DEVELOPERS LLP is based right here in Raghunathpur, specifically over at Plot No 2124. Most days you’ll find us dealing with the usual chaos of building projects in the Patia area. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. We aren't a huge firm with fancy glass offices; we just have our space here near Khata 15 where the files are stacked and the phones keep ringing. Building things takes a lot of coordination between the guys on the ground and the people handling the permits. Sometimes the weather doesn't help, and we spend half the day just checking on sites when it's pouring down or too hot to move. We focus on getting the structures up and making sure everything is where it should be according to the plans. There is a lot of talk in this business, but we prefer to just stay stuck in the work. People in the neighborhood see us coming and going all the time. Our office isn't hard to find if you know the Raghunathpur area well. We handle the day-to-day stuff like getting materials delivered on time and making sure the labor is sorted. It’s not always pretty work, and there’s usually some dust on our shoes, but it’s what we do. We’ve grown to know the local suppliers and the quirks of the land around here. It's just us trying to get the job done right and making sure the foundations are in.
