Six-Fold Marine Exports Private Limited is located right near Station Chhaka in Balasore. We operate out of Mitrakanti Biswal’s place in Bhaskarganj, which is a pretty central spot for us to handle everything coming in from the coast. Being near the station helps quite a bit when we need to coordinate transport. We mostly deal with marine products, so things can get pretty hectic when the catch comes in. It’s a messy business sometimes, and the hours are definitely not your typical nine-to-five because the sea doesn’t work on a schedule. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what we are sending out and making sure the packing is done right so nothing spoils. It’s just a group of us here trying to keep things moving smoothly. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls, it is more of a hands-on environment where everyone pitches in. The 756001 area is a good hub for this kind of work. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, and we have to stay late to clear it, but that is just part of the job. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run a decent export business from Baleshwar. It’s steady work and we’ve gotten to know the local suppliers well over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It takes time and effort to get things right and keep the trucks moving.
