We've been operating out of our place in BDA Phase-II for a while now. If you head over to Chandrasekharpur in Bhubaneswar, you'll find us at MIG-II, S2/296. It’s just a regular office where we handle all the engineering and construction stuff. Singh Constructors & Engineers is basically just a group of us working on various projects around Khordha. Sometimes the office gets a bit busy with all the drawings and site plans scattered around, but that is how we like it. We aren't big on fancy titles or polished presentations. Usually, we are out on-site or sitting here trying to figure out the next steps for a build. It can be quite a lot of work dealing with all the regulations and getting everything right on the ground. People in the neighborhood probably see us coming and going at odd hours. Being in Orissa, the weather is something we always have to watch out for when planning our construction timelines. It gets really hot sometimes, which slows things down, but we just keep pushing through. We’ve stayed in this same spot in Chandrasekharpur because it’s convenient for reaching different parts of the city. We don't have a giant staff, just the people needed to get the job done properly. It's practical work, really. Most days are spent on the phone or checking materials. That's pretty much what goes on here at Singh Constructors.
