Our company is set up at Plot No 1535 in the K4 area of Kalinga Nagar. This is in the Khandagiri part of Bhubaneswar. We have been here in Khordha for a while now and we mostly deal with stone materials. The plot is quite large and we have various piles of stone and construction materials scattered around. It is a busy area with a lot of new building going on, so there is always something happening nearby. We are not a corporate office with a lobby or anything like that. It is just a working yard where the team gets things done. We have some basic equipment for moving the stones and a small place where we keep the records. Sometimes the dust from the yard gets into everything, but that is part of the job. We have a few guys who have been with us since we started at this Kalinga Nagar location. They know how to handle the materials and where each type of stone is kept. The traffic in Bhubaneswar can be a bit much in the evenings, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the day. It is a straightforward business and we do not try to make it sound like more than it is. We are just here doing our daily work at the plot. It is noisy and dusty but it is a living. We just keep our heads down and handle things.
