Sheladia Associates, Inc (Usa)

We are situated at Plot N1/101 in the IRC Village area of Nayapalli, which is a well-known part of Bhubaneswar. This is the office for Sheladia Associates, Inc (USA) here in Orissa. It’s a decent-sized plot with a bit of parking space in front, which is helpful because the streets can get narrow. The office inside is mostly open-plan, so we can all talk to each other without having to get up. We’ve been at this address for several years, and it has served us well as a hub for our various projects across the state. It’s a bit of an older building, so there are always small things that need fixing, like a leaky tap or a flickering light, but we don't mind much. Most of the work involves coordinating with different government departments and our teams in the field. There are stacks of folders on every desk, and the walls are covered with project schedules and maps of the local roads. We usually have a lot of people coming in and out—engineers, inspectors, and delivery guys. It stays pretty busy from Monday to Saturday. We like being in Nayapalli because it’s easy for everyone to get to. It feels like a real working environment, not some sterile corporate office where you’re afraid to make a mess. We just focus on getting through the daily list of tasks and making sure nothing falls through the cracks before we head home.
