Our setup is located at Plot No-430 in Sudhubhuin, specifically in the Sadhusahi area of Raghunathpur. We are based out of Saroj Kanta Swain's place. It is a local operation and we prefer it that way. At SHANTI MURALI CONSTRUCTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, we do construction work for the people around here. It is a bit of a quiet spot, but there is always someone building something new or fixing an old structure. We don't have a big corporate office with receptionists and coffee machines. We just have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of notebooks where we keep track of our projects. Most of our day is spent at the construction sites making sure the work is moving along. We handle things like sourcing the right bricks and making sure the cement mix is correct. It is practical work and we take it seriously. We aren't interested in making things sound more complicated than they are. If a wall is going to take a week, we say it will take a week. The weather can be a real pain sometimes, especially during the rainy season when the roads in Raghunathpur get a bit muddy. But we manage. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable one for the local neighborhood.
