Shanti Minerals

Shanti Minerals is located on Plot No-3595 in Badagada. It is a pretty simple setup we have here on the plot. We’ve been working out of this location for quite a while, and the neighborhood has become very familiar to us. Badagada is a busy area, but our plot gives us enough room to do what we need to do. We spend most of our time out in the yard or in the small office area we built. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters by any means. It’s just a place where we store things and manage the day-to-day operations. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just use plain English and talk to people directly. Most of our work is physical and requires us to be on our feet quite a bit. We’ve seen other businesses come and go on this street, but we’ve managed to stay consistent over the years. We have a few trucks that come in and out, and that keeps us occupied. We just focus on getting through the workload each week. If something breaks, we fix it. If an order comes in, we fill it. That is how we have always done things. It’s a basic way of living and working, but it suits us just fine. We are just glad to be part of the local scene here and keep the wheels turning every single day.
