The place is under the care of Bibi Jan. It’s a modest setup, just a regular quarter like the ones around it. We don't have a big sign or any neon lights. Most people just know us by word of mouth. We started this because there was a need for it in our neighborhood. We aren't a massive charity with huge funds. We are just local residents who put some time aside to help out. Our office hours aren't very strict. If someone is there, the door is open. We handle a lot of different things, mostly just helping folks navigate through daily problems or local issues. It’s quiet work for the most part. We don't put out press releases or hold big press conferences. We just sit in the room, talk things through, and see what can be done. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers everywhere and the phone ringing when we’re trying to eat lunch. But it’s real. We are just trying to be helpful in Kapilprasad. We have been in this area for a long time and the neighbors know us. There is always someone dropping by for a chat or to ask a quick question about something.
