Seasand Developers Private Limited is located on the ground floor of Plot No.Hig-104 in the Bda Housing Board Colony. It’s a pretty quiet part of Pokhariput here in Bhubaneswar. We’ve been running out of this space for some time now. We spend our mornings drinking tea and going over whatever construction or land issues came up the day before. Dealing with housing boards and all the different colony rules takes up a good chunk of our time. The office isn't anything special, just a place to keep our files and meet up before heading out to sites. Being in Khordha means we are close to a lot of growing areas. We see a lot of changes happening in the neighborhood every year. Some days the traffic near the housing board colony gets a bit much, but mostly it's a good place to work. We handle the development side, trying to figure out where the next set of buildings should go and how to get them built without too many headaches. It's mostly about managing people and schedules. Sometimes things go slow and other times everything happens at once. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. We’re just local people trying to make a living in the real estate business. If you come by the ground floor office, you’ll probably find one of us sorting through blueprints or talking on the phone with a contractor. It's a simple setup but it works for us and the projects we handle.
