We are located at Plot No. 154 (P) in Garden Villa, which is part of Ananta Vihar-III in the Pokhariput area. It’s right near the airfield in Bhubaneswar. Living and working so close to the airport means you get used to the sound of planes taking off all the time. Satyakranti Buildcon is basically just us doing construction and building work in the Khordha area. We aren't some huge firm with a glass office. Our workspace is pretty simple and is tucked away in a residential part of town. This makes it feel more like a neighborhood business. We mostly work on local houses and small commercial projects. The construction business can be a bit of a headache with all the permits and the price of materials going up and down. We try to keep our prices fair and just do an honest day’s work. Our office is usually filled with samples of cement and floor tiles. We aren't the best at keeping things tidy, but we know where everything is. We don't go in for any of that corporate talk or marketing fluff. We just tell you what we can build and how we’re going to do it. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We’ve been around this part of Orissa for a while and have built up a decent reputation just by being around and finishing our jobs.
