Sasbrin Projects Limited

Our office for Sasbrin Projects Limited is actually a triplex house. It's number 53 in Phase-2 of the Metro Satellite City. If you know the Hanspal area in Bhubaneswar, you know it's grown a lot lately. We are over in the Rudrapur side of things. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are in a residential-style complex, but it works well for us. We have enough space over three floors to keep our project records organized and give the staff a place to work without being on top of each other. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when we need to focus on complex details. Being in Khordha district gives us good access to the rest of Orissa too. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and various project locations. It's not a corporate skyscraper, and we prefer it that way. It feels more like a home base than a cold office. Most days start with a quick meeting in the ground floor area before everyone heads out to their respective tasks. We’ve been part of this community for a bit, and we’ve watched the satellite city grow up around us. It’s a practical location for a project-based company like ours. We don't have a big sign out front, just the number 53 on the gate and a lot of work happening inside. It suits the way we operate and keeps us close to the ground.
