Our company, Sarthik Buildcon Private Limited, is based right at Plot No - 321 in Shahid Nagar. We've been in Bhubaneswar for quite some time now, and we've watched this neighborhood grow up around us. Khordha is a big place, but being in the 751007 area feels like home. We focus on building things, mostly. It’s not always easy work, and there are days when things don’t go exactly as planned, but that is how construction is. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just an office where we keep our files and meet with the crew. People around here know us as the guys who are always busy with something. We try to keep our feet on the ground. When we started Sarthik Buildcon, we didn't want to be one of those companies that talks more than it works. We'd rather just show the results. The weather in Orissa can be tough on a timeline, especially during the rains, but we manage. If you walk past Plot 321, you'll probably see us hauling blueprints or talking on the phone with suppliers. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build solid stuff for the community. It’s a practical business for practical people. We handle the bits and pieces of construction that others might find boring, but we think they’re important. We're just local folks doing what we know how to do.
