Sap Real Estate Developers Privatelimited is just a small team working out of Plot No-69. Most days you'll find us looking over site plans or dealing with paperwork that never seems to end. We started this because there was a lot of building going on around Sahid Nagar and we figured we could handle the development side ourselves. It’s not always easy, especially with how much the local rules change, but we keep at it. Sahid Nagar is a busy spot, so being centrally located helps when we need to meet people or check on different projects across town. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a regular office where we get things done. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to actually think. We deal with various real estate tasks, mostly focusing on how to make pieces of land work better for whoever is going to use them later. It takes a lot of coordination with different workers and making sure materials show up when they are supposed to, which doesn't always happen on time. If you're walking past Plot 69, you'll see our small sign. We've lived and worked in this area long enough to know most of the neighbors. We just try to do the work right and stay busy with the next project on the list. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls, but we’ve got a good routine going now.
