Sansub Developers Private Limited is located over at A 70 in the District Center. That is in Chandrashekharpur, which is a pretty active part of Bhubaneswar. We have been operating out of this spot in Khordha for some time now. We are a development company, which means we spend a lot of time looking at land and thinking about how to build on it. It’s not always as exciting as people think. There is a lot of waiting for things to happen and talking to people at the site. Our office at 751024 is where we handle the day-to-day stuff. It is a simple setup because we prefer to spend our time out where the actual building is happening. Orissa is growing fast, especially this part of Bhubaneswar, so there is always something going on near the District Center. We are just regular people who live around here. We know the local rhythms and the way things work in the city. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just take on a project and try to see it through to the end without too many headaches. Sometimes the weather or the supply chain makes things difficult, but we just deal with it as it comes. Being at A 70 keeps us close to other businesses and the government offices we have to visit. It’s a good location for a team like ours that needs to be mobile every day.
