Sams Building Materials Private Limited is located at Plot No. 236/237/24 in Laxmi Sagar. This part of Bhubaneswar, near Rasulgarh, is always moving. We have a lot of different materials here, not just one thing. It’s a big space in Khordha where we keep everything organized. The yard is usually a bit of a mess with sand, stones, and bricks, but we know where everything is. Being in Rasulgarh means we are right in the middle of a lot of construction activity. You can hear the city sounds all day long while we work. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading trucks. It’s heavy work and the weather in Orissa can be really tough in the summer. We have a small office on-site where we keep the records and handle the payments. People drop by all the time asking for prices or checking if we have enough stock for their projects. We don’t have a fancy showroom. What you see is what you get—just piles of building supplies and some hard-working people. We’ve been around this area for a while, so the local builders know the gate. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes when multiple trucks arrive at once, but we manage to get everyone sorted out eventually. It's just a regular day-to-day operation for us here in the city. There is always a lot to do before we can close up.
