We are located at Plot No-1105 in the Pandara area of Rasulgarh. It's on the edge of Bhubaneswar, which makes it easy to get out to the sites in Khordha. SAMPURNA AWAS INFRACON PRIVATE LIMITED is a small firm. We focus on housing and basic infra. Our office isn't much to look at—just a couple of rooms with some computers and a lot of paper. We started out small and we’ve stayed that way mostly. It's just easier to manage things when you know everyone's name. We do a lot of walking around sites, checking on how the bricks are being laid. Sometimes the suppliers are late with the sand or the cement, and we have to spend the morning on the phone. It's not very exciting work, but we like it. The 751010 area has changed a lot lately with new roads and shops popping up. We’ve done a bit of work on some of those ourselves. We don't use big words or try to act like we're a global company. We're just local guys. Most of our business comes from people who saw a house we built and asked who did it. We don't even have a sign on the main road. If you find us, it's usually because you were looking for us.
