Sairudram Infracon Private Limited is our small company based in Bhubaneswar. We have an office in the Mallick Complex, located at Plot No- 1326/6725 in the Jagamara area. It’s quite close to Khandagiri, so there’s always a lot of movement around here. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. Instead, we are just a few dedicated people trying to make a go of it in the construction and infrastructure sector. The office itself is pretty functional. We’ve got our computers, a bunch of files, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We don't spend much on advertising because we’d rather just let the work speak for itself. Most of our time is spent dealing with vendors and checking on site progress. It’s a lot of phone calls and driving around the city. Jagamara is a busy spot, so it’s easy for people to find us if they need to. We don't have any grand mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to finish the projects we start and do a decent job of it. It’s not always easy, and there are days when things don't go as planned, but we just keep pushing forward. We’re local people who understand how things work here in Bhubaneswar. We value being straightforward with everyone we deal with. It’s a simple way of running a business, but it seems to work for us and the people we work for.
