Saimikul Residency is tucked away in the Chandrasekharpur area of Bhubaneswar. You can find us at Plot No Ga-149 in Niladrivihar. It’s a decent neighborhood with a lot of people moving in and out every year. We focus on residency projects which mostly means we spend our time thinking about where people are going to live. The office stays pretty busy with people dropping by to ask about plots or how things are progressing with the buildings. Khordha is growing fast and Bhubaneswar is right at the center of it. Our space is usually filled with the sound of fans and people talking. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just a few of us handling the paperwork and the site visits. Sometimes the traffic in Chandrasekharpur makes it hard to get to meetings on time but we do our best. We’ve been at this for a bit and have seen the area change a lot. New shops and roads are popping up everywhere around Niladrivihar. We like being part of that change even if it means a lot of long hours and endless phone calls. Every day is a bit different depending on which project needs more attention or which worker hasn't shown up. We just try to stay organized and keep things moving forward as best as we can. It is a lot of management but we know the streets here well enough to make it work.
