We are located in Flat No-D/2 at the Shelter Residency, which is on Plot No- 1208/1610 in Badagada. It’s a residential spot, which makes it feel a bit more personal than a big office building. We’ve been working in construction for a few years now. Most of what we do involves small to medium projects around the city. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean. We are usually out checking on the masonry or talking to the plumbers. Being based in Badagada is convenient for us. We know the area well and have worked on several sites nearby. We don't use any high-tech systems for our day-to-day. It’s mostly just notebooks and phone calls. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Odisha, we just want to do decent work for the people who hire us. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or a machine breaking down, and we just have to fix it and move on. That’s just the reality of building things. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If someone wants to talk to us, they usually just call or come to the flat. We keep things low-key and just focus on the building part of the business. It keeps our lives a bit simpler. We’ve met a lot of interesting people doing this work. Every project is a bit different, and that keeps us on our toes. We just take things as they come and try to finish what we started.
