We are based in Muskan Mansion over in Rasulgarh. You have to climb up to the third floor to get to Flat D, which is where we spend most of our daylight hours. The stairs can be a bit much if you aren't used to them, but the view from the window overlooks the street, so you can see the traffic flow. Rasulgarh is always moving, so there is never a quiet moment outside. Inside, it is just us trying to keep the records straight. We focus on infrastructure work, which involves a lot of planning and checking over small details. It isn't always exciting, but it is what we do. The office has a bit of a cramped feel because we have so many files piled up on the metal shelves. We have thought about moving things around, but we never quite get around to doing it. Everyone has their own corner and we mostly just get on with the tasks. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background. If you come by, you will probably find us mid-discussion about a project or looking over some blueprints. We don't have fancy uniforms or a front desk person. Usually, whoever is sitting closest to the door just answers it. It is a practical way to run things. We have been in this building for some time now and it feels like a second home to the staff. It is just a normal office in Bhubaneswar.
