Our office is tucked away in Maa Chandi Colony, specifically at Plot No 2612/3813. It's part of the Sri Ram Nagar area here in Khordha. We’ve been operating Saiansh Condev Private Limited from this spot for a bit. It’s actually at Naba Kumar Prusty’s place. It’s not a big corporate building, just a regular space where we handle all the paperwork for our development projects. We do a lot of site work around the 752055 area. Mostly small-scale construction and land stuff. The office can get a bit crowded when the site supervisors come in for meetings. We usually have tea and go over the day's plans. It's not always organized perfectly, but the work gets done eventually. Some days are stressful when materials don't show up. Other days go smooth as butter. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have right in front of us. Khordha is growing fast, and there's always something to build or fix. We try to be helpful to the neighbors in the colony too. It’s a quiet neighborhood mostly. We like the local vibe here. No fancy uniforms, just work clothes. We’re just trying to make a living and build a few things along the way.
