Our office is tucked away in Flat 207 of Block C at the Aryalaya Appt. It’s right there in Nilakanth Nagar, over in the Nayapalli area. Being in an apartment building for work is a bit different than having a storefront. You get to know the security guards and the neighbors pretty well. Saiaman Properties Private Limited has been based here for a bit, and the space is mostly filled with desks and a lot of paper. Nayapalli is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside even if it’s quiet inside the flat. We usually have the windows open if the weather is okay, but usually, it’s just too dusty. The team here is small, and we mostly just focus on getting through the day's tasks. We don’t go for anything fancy. The chairs are a little old and the printer sometimes makes a weird noise, but it works fine for what we need. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters, which suits us just fine. We spend most of our time dealing with property details and checking on things for folks. It’s honest work and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. Most of us have lived in this part of the city for years, so we know the streets pretty well. It’s just a regular office where we do our best to stay organized and keep things moving.
